These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Trade Copy service ("the Service") provided by Set and Forget Traders ("the Company") to its clients ("the Client").

The Service enables the Client to replicate trading strategies executed by the Company's expert traders into the Client's own trading account in real-time.

Account Requirements

The Client must maintain an active trading account with a compatible brokerage platform approved by the Company.

The Client must ensure that the trading account meets the minimum balance requirements set forth by the Company for the use of the Service.

Risk Disclosure

The Client acknowledges that trading Forex involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

The Client understands that past performance is not indicative of future results, and there is no guarantee of profit or protection against losses.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is solely responsible for monitoring and managing their trading account, including but not limited to setting appropriate risk parameters and reviewing trading activity.

The Client agrees not to hold the Company liable for any losses incurred as a result of using the Service.

Fees and Charges

Upon termination, the Client shall cease all use of the Service, and any outstanding fees or charges shall become immediately due and payable.

Trade Copy Service Return and Refund Policy

Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to the Trade Copy service ("the Service") provided by Set & Forget Traders ("the Company") to its clients ("the Client").

The Company is committed to ensuring client satisfaction with the Service and providing a fair and transparent process for returns and refunds.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be eligible under the following circumstances: a. The Client experiences technical issues preventing the proper functioning of the Service, which cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. b. The Company fails to deliver the Service as described in the Terms and Conditions.

Refunds are not available for losses incurred as a result of market volatility, trading decisions made by the Client, or changes in market conditions.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request detailing the reason for the refund and providing any supporting documentation.

Refund requests should be sent to admin@setandforgettraders.com within 24 Hours of the occurrence of the event warranting a refund.

Refund Review and Approval

Refund Processing
